BKK Eco is a clear siloxane water repellent for masonry, brick, stone and exposed concrete. Its low molecular weight lets it soak in deep rather than film over, so the wall keeps its colour and breathability while cold-water absorption drops from 18.7% to 4.9%. That reduction protects against algae growth, salt deposits and freeze spalling. Applied in two to three coats wet-on-wet; weathering tested to 1680 hours, indicatively ten years.
