Yes — Decork Mediterraneo is specifically designed for exterior use, with high weather resistance and UV stability.

Yes — classified as Euroclass B-s1, d0 (limited contribution to fire).

Can I paint over it?
You can, but Decork Mediterraneo is designed as a finishing coat. You can, however, apply a clear topcoat (Aquafloor Eco) for durability in high-traffic or wet areas.


Do I need a primer for Decork Mediterraneo?

It depends on the substrate. Use the correct primer as specified by Diasen:

Use Grip Primer when:
• Applying over metal surfaces
• Applying over dry, non-absorbent substrates (e.g., smooth concrete, painted surfaces)

Use WATstop when:
• The substrate is moist or damp
• Applying over surfaces affected by rising damp

No primer is needed when:
• Applying over properly prepared, porous, and sound mineral substrates

How is it installed?
By roller, brush, spray or trowel We recommend professional application for large or textured surfaces.
