Returns & Refunds Policy
Applies to orders placed directly through ecotechnology.ca. Amazon Canada orders are subject to Amazon's return policy.
Return window
30 days from delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging, with proof of purchase. Partially used, opened, tinted, or custom-mixed products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Download and fill in our "Return Form" at the bottom of this page and email completed form to info@ecotechnology.ca. Do not ship items back without an approved return request — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Restocking fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers return shipping and processing. This fee is waived when the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, or incorrect items. It applies to all other approved returns, including changes of mind.
Return shipping
Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery to info@ecotechnology.ca, with photos of the damage/issue included. Claims made after this window, or without photo documentation, may not be eligible for a carrier claim or refund.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they leave our warehouse. Contact us and we'll confirm on a case-by-case basis whether the order has shipped.

Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval status. Approved refunds (less the 20% restocking fee, where applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact info@ecotechnology.ca.
