Mould lives in grout. Grout is porous and full of joints that hold water. A microcement shower has neither: one continuous surface over a WATstop membrane, sealed matte. No joints for water to sit in, nothing porous to feed on. Squeegee and ventilate like any shower. You are just cleaning one smooth surface instead of a grid.
