    For the exterior of "The Garden House" in Poland's challenging climate, Decork was meticulously chosen for its superior insulating properties and durability.     Blended Wellness in Palm Jumeirah, crafted by the esteemed Bishop Design and brought to life by ATS, showcases a unique fusion of health, fitness, and beauty in the United Arab Emirates' first multi-wellness destination. Spanning an impressive 15,000 sqft, the facility incorporates Decokrete’s innovative microcement, renowned for its exceptional waterproofing capabilities and ease of application. Decokrete enhances the luxurious aesthetic of Blended Wellness, contributing to the sophisticated treatment rooms, yoga suites, and relaxation areas with its organic depth and beauty. As a focal point in this transformative space, Decokrete not only supports the high standards of modern sustainable construction but also embodies the tranquility and durability required for a premier wellness environment.

  • Trillium Towers, Los Angeles

    Decork’s thermal properties were integral in the renovation of the Trillium skyscrapers in Los Angeles, to reduce the buildings' internal temperature from 121 °F to 90 °F without air conditioning. “This data is proof of the effectiveness of Diasen ... technologies.” said Kelly McBride, owner of Century Building Solutions and Past President of the Waterproofing Association of the United States. Decork's innovative properties not only lowered cooling costs but also eliminated condensation issues, ensuring the structure's longevity and aesthetic quality.

    The Miral headquarters in Abu Dhabi, is a beacon of modern workplace design, merging aesthetics with function to foster an employee-centric environment. This space utilizes Decorkrete microcement by Diasen, known for its durability and sleek finish, to complement its innovative features such as an indoor slide and a vibrant, red staircase that doubles as social seating. The application of Decorkrete across various surfaces enhances the industrial theme with its subtle greyscale palette, punctuated by splashes of color and natural elements, contributing to the office’s dynamic, flexible design. This thoughtful integration of Decorkrete supports Miral’s vision of a balanced, inspiring, and productive workplace where creativity and social interaction flourish seamlessly.

    Set against the backdrop of Portugal’s picturesque Algarve region, surrounded by hills and cork groves, Ombria Resort represents a fusion of luxury living and sustainable architecture. Designed by Promontorio Architects + WATG , this resort has been meticulously crafted with a focus on minimizing environmental impact. Among the cutting-edge technologies and materials incorporated is Diathonite Thermactive.037, our cork-based thermal plaster from Diasen. Selected for its superior thermal performance and ease of application, this plaster forms a critical part of the resort's exterior envelope. By integrating such innovative materials, Ombria Resort not only ensures a healthier indoor environment but also aligns with the broader vision of sustainable residential development, securing its position as the best sustainable project in Portugal at the European Property Awards.

    Decork Facade was selected for the exterior of the Data Center Portugal Telecom, designed by Joao Luís Carrilho da Graça, to enhance thermal regulation and energy efficiency. The application of Decork played a critical role in helping the Support Building achieve LEED Platinum certification. This use of innovative materials underscores the architect's commitment to sustainable design and technological integration. Positioned against the backdrop of Covilhã and the Estrela mountain range, the building exemplifies architectural excellence and environmental responsibility.
